HALCYON CYBERNETICS DOES NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION.
HALCYON CYBERNETICS does share information internally within our own divisions and brands, and with certain third parties. These third parties are our business partners and contractors, and they are bound by contracts, agreements, and monitoring to ensure that your data is treated with utmost protection and respect. Each third-party is carefully vetted, to ensure that they have adequate protection in place to protect your data before we agree to work with them.

How Does HALCYON CYBERNETICS Share My Personal Information?
CROSS BORDER TRANSFERS
HALCYON CYBERNETICS is headquartered in the Cayman Islands and has its data center located in the United States.
To transfer data from the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) to other countries, including the United States, the law requires that we maintain a high standard of protection for the data.
By using the Sites or providing us with your personal information, you are transferring your personal information to us in the United States, where our data center is now located.

Standard Contractual Clauses & Data Processing/Protection Agreements. Where appropriate, HALCYON CYBERNETICS has created and entered into Data Processing or Data Protection Agreements with third parties to ensure the appropriate transfer of your personal information

HALCYON CYBERNETICS respects your privacy and takes its privacy obligations seriously. Retention of Your Personal Data
HALCYON CYBERNETICS retains all personal information for the duration of the relevant business relationship and the length of any applicable warranty and statutory limitation period pursuant to a contract or under local laws. This retention is performed in accordance with HALCYON CYBERNETICS’s information management policies and schedules, as well as the period required by tax and other applicable laws and regulations; and as long as it is necessary for you to be able to bring a claim against us and for HALCYON CYBERNETICS to be able to defend ourselves against any legal claims. However, we may need to retain personal information for longer periods if it is relevant to an on-going claim or investigation.
